Richard de Winter has served as CEO of Bradshaw & Lloyd, the multi-brand shoe retailer, since 1990. In 2015, he launched De Winter Boots with the aim of creating a distinctive collection built around four key principles:

Built using traditonal Goodyear welt techniques, ensuring each pair is hand-made, highly durable and fully repairable.
Designed with elegance and comfort in mind, suitable for both formal and everyday use.
Offered directly to customers at a price much closer to production cost, avoiding the significant markups traditonal of typical luxury brands.
